Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. The staff and veterinarian criticized me on the way I have been caring for my pet and then gave me no additional information on what I could be doing better to keep my pet healthy and happy. They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me.
