If I could give -100 stars I would. Don’t trust this company with your pets. My Retired Army Bomb dog passed away last month. Wanted to get her creamated so I can spread her ashes. I PAID FOR A PLAQUE WITH HER NAME AND PAW PRINT ON IT! The day I dropped her off I waited in the parking lot for over 3 hours waiting for them to bring her in. After I gave her to them staff said it would take 7-10 business days. Well a month later still no communication from them. I called them yesterday(a month later) and staff said she is ready to be picked up. I drive all the way to Beaumont from Winnie grab her ashes and drive all the way back home. When I get home and look in the bag, there’s no plaque and no paw print. So I called them and lady said the dog was too decomposed to do paw print. (Which I completely understand). So I spoke with the manager who was extremely rude and not sympathetic AT ALL essentially said just come get your refund of $25.

THEY DIDNT EVEN TELL ME THEY DIDNT DO THE PLAQUE UNTIL I CALLED THEM!

NO COMMUNICATION FOR A MONTH. -Said they called me 1 time in a month but weren’t able to leave a voicemail. So staff only attempted to call me 1 time in a month?? What’s happens after 1 call? Give up??

I TRUSTED YOU WITH MY LIFE, MY BEST FRIEND, A DOG THAT HAS BEEN TO AFGHANISTAN 2 TIMES WITH THE MILITARY. I TRUSTED YOU!

Word travels fast in SETX! I’ll be contacting the BBB and leaving a review of my exp with your company on every APP and website I can

I would like to know why you say you are a emergency animal clinic when your vets don't know how to treat all animals . I had a emergency for my pet guinea pig and your clinic wouldn't see him I ask for a antibiotic Braytril I knew the amount to give him but I was refused without seeing him I told them I would take full responsibility. This made no sense they would not see him.Thank you for no help Southeast Texas Animal Clinic My Baxter died

the only customers these poor people get are uneducated rednecks. they do not understand that services on an emergency basis are expensive. Also..there are select few trained in emergency medicine in this area. i got top notch care while watching people complain because they wanted everything free or for a hundre bucks. The staff impressed me, the clients repulsed me.

A non family member unknowingly left our gate slightly unhinged and my daughter's dog got out. This was only discovered after hearing the dog yelp after being hit by the car, whose owners would not help locate the dog but drove off. Our regular vet was not open and so we drove to the SE TX Animal Emergency Clinic. After coming in with our injured dog, we had to wait an extremely long amount of time. Our dog was examined, X Rays were taken, pain relievers given. Finally, we were told that the dog could go home with prescribed RXs although I wanted him to be observed overnight for any possible complications. He was kept in my bedroom and I stayed up with him most of the night. He died in the night. When I called the clinic to let them know what happened, they were surprised. No apology was given nor was any offer to give us return our money, give us credit for possible services, offer to cremate the dog and return his ashes to us.This was an otherwise healthy less than 2 year old dog. My college age daughter was crushed by his death. Max is buried in our backyard. I did not contact the State Board concerning this but wish that I had.

Wouldn't ever use again. It's a rip off. Almost a thousand dollars and all they did was a X-ray .And still didn't know what was wrong.

Not sure how many times we have visited the clinic with our crew of dogs at this point...more than I count...Every time has been incredible for us...the cost is more than your normal vet obviously because the clinic is an after hours emergency facility...but I will say what we have spent there for our dogs when they needed emergency help was worth every penny......One of the vets at this clinic truly save our oldest Great Danes life .....our dog had been boarded at popular boarding facility here and they gave her a blanket WE DID NOT SUPPLY and she swallowed a large portion of the blanket there... we were totally unaware this had happened when we left the kennel .....that evening when we arrived home we realized something was terribly wrong when she could not eat or even drink water .......we took her to the emergency clinic where Dr Glanzer found the obstruction and began emergency surgery our dog.....The surgery was serious in that the portion of the blanket swallowed was between 3 to 4 feet long and lodged in a difficult area of her stomach that would require multiple incisions to be removed....long story short she is the healthiest dog we have today and we have never been cared for like we were with this crew at Southeast Texas Emergency Clinic....We have 3 sick dogs right now with terrible coughs , high fevers this week they have seen there regular vets 4+ times one is on an IV at our our regular vet and my youngest Dane has been to the emergency clinic 3 nights this week as well .... again this time around the care from the clinic has been impeccable we have seen Dr. Anna one night... Dr. Wilkinson one night.... and Dr Dupree the last night these ladies are amazing!......I truly love all of them and our doggies do as well .....This is one long review but they are worth it and so much more.........My only wish is that the 4 vets we have seen at this clinic had an everyday all day clinic so I could use them 100% of the time! Thanks to the staff as well by our third visit there the staff had our papers filled out and because our dog is so big were meeting me outside to help me get her in .......They are caring ...They are Careful and They have more than helped our family at every visit! Thanks everyone there ....we love you guys and so does our pack!
