It was some of the best pricing I have seen

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Kent Coreel, DVM is a one-of-a kind vet. His family staff the office, and it's very warm and friendly. They get to know you as a person, and your pets, so it's like having a small-town vet.
When it was time for the dog I loved dearly to cross over the bridge, Kent came out to the car to administer the initial anesthetic, so the last thing my dog remembered was being held in my arms, and listening to the birds sing. It was beautiful, and so peaceful - for both of us. I've never heard of any other vet being this caring.

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Yes, they have a great website and are present in many online directories
Were the kennels and holding areas clean?
Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
