They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. The chairs in the waiting area are pretty average. Not super deluxe but not horribly uncomfortable either.
