i really cant explain , at the first visit, the doctor said to me that i will receive a post card with my next appointment , took my address , phone number, one year later, i still waiting for the so called post cart...

mistakes? i don't think s...perhaps my money is made of different paper or ink.

Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care
When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They have the greatest designated area for pets to go to the bathroom here, which is extremely convenient. I never have to worry about scouting out a place for my dog to go pee and It is so well kept too. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Dr Bohanon is extremely caring and my dog is not just another mutt to treat. I highly recommend this vet to anyone who cares about their pet. They are in extremely good hands here.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. When I had to leave my pet here in overnight care I was so worried but they always called with follow-ups exactly as promised and even called more times than they said they would. They truly care about each of the animals that come into the hospital and treat them as all if they were their own. They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and fully explain the benefits and possible side effects that each one presents. They also provide flea protection by the month, if you prefer to buy it that way. It's such a great place.
