No, I left with more problems than I came with!

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said

Absolutely not! My pet looked terrible and obviously not well taken care of

Of course at times vets have to do unpleasant procedures on the pets, but they always demonstrate care and compassion. I really trust them and so do my pets. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.
