I brought my cat in as he was in horrific pain. I was told to see Dr. Cruser, but was seen by Stork instead. He said that my cat had possibly suffered a blood clot and that he could possibly have saddle thrombus which is a deadly horrible possible diagnosis. He gave my cat a shot of pain meds and sent him home. All day I was crying thinking that my cat was going to die. When I got home from work, he was in so much pain and I rushed to the 24 hour emergency vet in Corpus Christi. They rushed him back as soon as I got there. After exam, I was relieved to know that it wasn't saddle thrombus, but a urinary tract blockage that is very common in male cats. What kind of vet (Stork) would do that to someone? I even asked Stork to exam his penis because that's where the pain was. He did not because he said he already knew it was a blood clot. I am so angry with this man! He traumatised me so badly with a very wrong diagnosis. He should be banned from ever touching an animal again.

Absolutely Not! My appointment always conflicts with my schedule

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

Never! It's hard enough getting them to see me during regular business hours

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. My hairy four legged children have gone to Dr Cruser for years. They not only met their needs, but were very compassionate when I had to make a tough decision.
