No, they've never taken personal calls with me
Did this provider ever postpone your appointment?
All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment

I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. It was a little upset with how rough they were with my pet and I think that if they were a little more gentle my pet wouldn't have been so frightened. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
