I'm not sure if you do customer reviews on your website but, I had such a good experience that I wanted to take the time to share my opinion.

I was faced with the difficult decision of putting my English Bulldog foster down today because of a combination different aggression issues as well as some medical problems. We at English Bulldog Rescue network strive to create lasting friendships with our bulldogs and their future owners but, sometimes issues arise and we have to face the fact that they will not be good candidates for a forever home. After discussing a lot of the problems I was having with Bella, my director and I decided that it would be best to humanely euthanize her. I just got back from dropping Bella off. That office is amazing and so is the staff. They are EXTREMELY knowledgeable about bulldogs and they were very kind and understanding. I couldn't be happier with the level of sensitivity and care they showed. The office was beautiful and very well kept also. I was highly impressed!! They gave me some time with her before they took her back and they treated her very well and with dignity all things considered. I know it was a sad choice to make but I believe for the good of her future and the EBRN cause, it was the absolute right choice. I don't have any regrets and thank you so much for trusting me in my evaluation and opinion of Bella. I look forward to bringing other English Bulldogs in for the same quality care that I experienced today at Stone

Their staff is friendly and welcoming. They are so warm and helpful, and make the whole experience a very pleasant one. The staff was very gentle and complimentary to my pet, even though she can be very hard to deal with. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Dr. Pettyjohn and her staff truly went above and beyond and I will definatly be recommending Willis Animal Clinic to everyone I know. During my checkout the technician even held my pet and then took her to my truck when I was finished. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Also I did not find the clinic stinky at all but I can see how it could stink since people are bringing thier animals in that are outside animals or haven't been bathed, but that is no fault of the clinics. I believe if you have a bad experiance like some of the reviews I have read then you need to stop and think about what the problem really was, because this clinic is full of knowledgable, caring people who bend over backwards to help you and you beloved pets. Keep up the good work ladies!

When my cat became ill, Dr. Pettyjohn was very responsive. Our cat was first diagnosed with FIP. Eventually the diagnosis was changed to colon cancer, poor kitty. The vet and staff were responsive and sensitive when we had to put our kitty out of her misery.

One minus is the clinic is very busy and always take our pets out of the room & to the back to work on them. It does bother me that I can't see what is being done. Other than this, Willis Vet Clinic, & Dr. Pettyjohn are great. They take good care of all 4 of my pets. I would highly recommend them.

Would you refer this provider to a family or friend?
No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.
Was this veterinarian compassionate when your pet was sick?
Absolutely not, I was horrified at how insensitive they were.
Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
Definitely, it was nauseating
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
