I went there on an emergency basis my dog being very sick and I’m heart medicine I had called ahead because the weather was 107° and I could not myself sit outside then heat sensitive and my dog being sick we ended up sitting outside for over an hour I left in tears 24 hours Later I ended up euthanizing my little Guy at blue pearl emergency hospital they were absolutely amazing so it was meant to end up there but shame on you Brookside Animal hospital shame on you if you love your animals do not go there my suggestion Thoroughly disgusted with the way I was treated and the way they treated my friend my companion my service animal may he run free now

Sometimes the receptionists are a little surly and overwhelmed, but they really care about the animals and their prices are fair.

It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose. One thing I did enjoy was the waiting room chairs. They were comfortable and I didn't mind waiting in them for the appointment. The vets and staff here were so nice and helpful; I have already told my loved ones that they should start coming here. The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people! They had some of the best pricing I have ever seen. It even seemed to be a little under what other veterinarians in the area charge, so needless to say I was pleasantly surprised.
My pets and I LOVE everyone at this hospital! I've been with them for over 30yrs with my pets and they've always showed that they care for the animals. Other vets don't seem to really care about the animals, just the money and charge exorborant amounts. Brookside is affordable so you can get help for your pets. LOVE LOVE LOVE Brookside, the staff, and Dr Karma!!!!!! <3 <3 <3

Yes, food and water is always available. My pet loves it.

It was some of the best pricing I have seen

They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.
