This place is the best! Everyone there - the veterinarians and all staff are so friendly and caring. It is quite obvious that they love animals, and make you and your pet feel welcome and special. When your pet is sick or worse, everyone there is as concerned as you. The vets are all knowledgeable and caring; they are so patient in going over options and details, so that you can make an informed decision. You go into the exam room with your pet; you don't send your pet off and sit in the waiting room wondering what is going on. My husband and I cannot say enough good things about AAH; we are blessed to have them in our area.

Were the kennels and holding areas clean?
Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too. This veterinarian was extremely friendly, and paid attention to both me and my pet. They really made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at home. They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot. I have complete confidence in their ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pet with any ailment they might have. They've handled everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care.
