DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!We have had 2 pets under their care. Both passed away in a matter of 2 and a half months while under their care. When we arrived to check on our cat, their response was " sorry, she died overnight " . We were advised to take her there when her sugar went up. The emergency animal hospital told us to take her there, but they were excited about her progress and said she would come home in the next day. She went from improving, to laying in her litter box (been told cats do that when terrified of their surroundings) she had never done that before. Then she died. They were very cold in the way they handled it, and only God knows what happened to her while there. I don't even want to get into the way they handled our dog.

Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available.

No, my appointment started at the scheduled time

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

No, they were very calm and understanding

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service
