The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. The examining rooms at their office were not very clean. I was pretty grossed out that they weren't kept up better. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. I feel they work with the animals as second citizens, not as the love of your life. The vet is very rough and uncaring. I took my 18 yr old cat in to put to sleep and the vet hurt him awful examining him for no reason, to the ponit my baby wouldn't even allow me to touch him. I would never go there again

I have only dealt with this hospital twice. I have not returned because the staff there makes assumptions, has poor communication skills, and to be quite frank, are rude.
