The Vet at this location is very helpful and caring. However, her office receptionist needs to go! She is NOT friendly on the phone or in person and does nothing to make you feel welcome.

I am very happy with this vet. We had two dogs misdiagnosed by other area vets, neither of which tried to find out what was really wrong. They said our cocker had a hot spot, when in actuality it was staph, Dr. Waters found it immediately, treated and now it is gone. Our other dog, little Gizmo kept limping on one leg, but it was sporadic. Two other vets thought it was a hurt foot, treated with pain medication and anti inflammatories and sent the dog home. After several months went by with no change and trying other vets with no answers, we found Dr. Waters, we took our dog to her and she didn't give up, she did x rays of the dogs back and neck, found out he had a serious bulging disk in his neck which was affecting his leg. After medication, rest, confinement at home, the dog is doing great now and not limping at all. Had we continued to believe the other vets, Gizmo could have jumped or moved in the wrong way and been paralyzed. I am very relieved to have finally found a vet that is kind, smart and persistent and who doesn't ever just give up, she finds the answer. This is the kind of vet that they should all strive to be.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
