I will NEVER go back to this vet again. I had my dog spayed on 3/13/15 and he called me after her spay and said "I spayed her the best I could. I could only find one uterine horn. I cut her open more to find it, but could not find it." ...Spayed her the best you could?? Are you kidding me? This tells me the job was half done. Not to mention the cut in her stomach was huge and unnecessary. How long have you been doing this for?...When I went to pick her up, I was charged an extra $40 dollars on top of the $160 for her being 10 months past the year date, so her fee for the spay was $200 - much higher than many places charge, and significantly higher for only being half-done. He didn't give me a collar to put on her and told me that that "she should be fine" because she doesn't have outward stitches. I went to work and when I came back I found that she tore the wound open (likely bc it was itching) and had an infection as a result. I had blood and puss all over my house and she was in significant pain. I took her back to the vet and he refused to waive the fee even though he dropped the ball on putting a collar on her. He kept saying "We did nothing wrong, we did nothing wrong." Well sir, you did. You charged me max price and did shoddy work. I will not patronize someone who isn't accountable for mistakes and I will not patronize someone who cuts corners.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time
