They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I go there often because one of my cats has diabetes. The vets are always concerned with my cat's health when he is having issues.

Although the office staff left a little to be desired, the veterinarian was fantastic! She went above and beyond, coming in on her days off to check on my cat.

The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. They don't have that great of a professional reputation in my community. They definitely aren't known for being experts. They always seem to be out of my pet's medication every time I go here. Their flea and heart worm medicine is always out-of-stock and I usually have to go somewhere else to pick it up. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in.

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
