Never, and if I ask they seem annoyed to have to get it

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Of course at times vets have to do unpleasant procedures on the pets, but they always demonstrate care and compassion. I really trust them and so do my pets. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

The doctors are wonderful and full of helpful information. THe staff can sometimes be a bit inpatient with people but they are wonderful to my dog.

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.
