This vet was the only vet that my pets have ever used since their birth. We just lost one of our beloved dogs who was a very special and loving family member in our lives. Maybe we expected too much, but we never even got a condolence from this clinic. Yet our entire community sent us condolences for our loss. Just not his own and only doctor or anyone in that clinic.

Both my husband and I have been so emotionally fragile since our beloved dogs passing. We don't understand it, within 24 hours he went from joyful, energetic and fun loving to lethargic and dying and then dead. 24 HOURS! This clinic never even asked us about it. Was it because he was overweight? Was it a bite from a infected insect or poison one or what? Whatever it was we will never know. It was so fast so quick and we didn't make it to the vet before he passed. That kind of passing will always make us second guess ourselves and wonder what went wrong and why.

As soon as we noticed his illness we rushed home early from our vacation up north only a 8 hour drive from this clinic. Unfortunately, he passed half way home from that trip in our laps.

What we did get was told we don't have a clue what services our pets had over the years they were seen by this clinic. Yes we were told that "sometimes clients hear what they want to hear and not what is really being said to them." That was Ronnie's exact words to me when consulting about a possible surgical procedure for my other pet. I know what she shared with me from that pets first surgical procedure and I lived with that fear for over 7 years. I mentioned that fear to her during those 7 years and always referenced with her that first surgical experience anytime there was mention of teeth cleaning or any other procedure that would be our dog under. She had no issue during those years to agree with me about my concerns. Not ever did she tell me I was wrong during those years. Now why would a clinic like this let a client think their dog almost died during a spayed surgical procedure for 7 years and then all of a sudden tell that client she was making that up and it was not true?

The second insult came within a week and a half. I called to ask for my dogs updates on shots record for a pet service I was going to take the pet to for teeth cleaning and other hygiene cares. Ronnie thought it appropriate to inform me that teeth cleaning is a waste of money if your not going to do it everyday. Apparently, her impression of me is that I won't follow through with the teeth cleaning of my pet once the specialist trains me.

Ten years, no condolences, called a liar and told I don't care for my pets. I requested her send my pets records to a new vet, they did so without question and no contact with me to follow up. Spent at least 6000.00 or more in those 10 years too. Including at least 10 referrals to them. I would have thought my pets mattered and my being their client did too. I learned it didn't.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I love how much attention to detail they show. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. The veterinarian and friendly staff educated me on what I could do better to help keep my dogs healthy and happy. They are VERY affordable!
