Hands down the best vet visit I think I've ever been to. Dr. Molitor was so polite and informative during his exam on my daughters bird. He answered all our questions we had, and I left knowing exactly what was expected of us to make sure Kerby would be back on the road to recovery. Since the visit, he's been doing great.

Arrived for my appointment after nearly an hour drive. After waiting for awhile I saw the vet come out and waved to him but he ignored me. I called the phone line (which said the vet opened at 8a but the door said 730a). The vet gruffly told me my 7a appointment time was wrong, called me a liar and hung up on me. I then waited in front of the door at 730a as 2 employees and the vet walked back in. No one opened the door, they just ignored me. Apparently they don't want my $300. If they treat me this rudely then I don't trust them with my pet.

Both cats and a dog became infected after he did a spay/neuter on them. He is rude and always in a hurry to get you out of there. Does not answer your questions or simply ignores them.

Not really, they didn't really seem to care that much.
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No. I still haven't talked to them.
Was your pet well taken care while being boarded here?
Sort of, but my pet never gets very much attention
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
