This veterinarian was so compassionate when my pet was sick. I can tell that they really cared about my pet's well-being and reassured me that things would be alright. My pet seemed pretty anxious to leave compared to other places we've been too. It would have been better if this veterinarian had just tried a little harder to be more compassionate. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
