Our dogs are my babies, so finding a vet was somewhat of a challenge for us. That being said, both of the vets we have seen at Animal Clinic have been patient with our many questions and often unfounded worries, they are gentle and have taken the time to get to know our dogs and earn there trust while still giving them a through exam. Both vets have returned my worried calls, listen and given free advice over the phone or gotten us an appt. ASAP if it is serious. I highly recommend this clinic, it is clean friendly, reasonably priced, and the vets are everything you would want for your babies!

Sadly, when faced with dying animal in intense discomfort/pain on a Sunday, we were told first that they would get a message to one of the Vets. When my wife explained that our regular vet (who did return our call from Florida) was out of town, she was suddenly told that no Veterinarians were available to be reached. He was "kind" enough to refer us to a place that was almost 30 miles away. Thank you for your "compassion" and "help" during a time or urgent need, or better stated. Thanks for NOTHING.

I have only had a very brief experience with my sweet baby Tuzzy. She suddenly became ill and they were very quick to squeeze us in to try to fix the problem. After seeing Tuzzy they were very honest and up front with the situation and did not try to milk money from us. The next day we had to again squeeze in to the schedule because we had to put my dear friend Tuzzy down. She had kidney disease that was not able to be controlled. The staff and vets (having seen all of them over the two day period) were so concerned, professional and just all around wonderful. I would recommend this clinic to anyone and will make this my primary clinic even though I live in Janesville. Thank you so much for your time, compassion and care.

We have been going to Animal Clinic for 11 yrs. they have always been kind, good prices and last week very gentle and supportive as we had to put our Bogey down. Dr N was sweet in staying past work hrs and allowed us to grieve as he took care of Bogeys need. It was a good experience in the fact that he was ver understanding.

No, but there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine
