I have been taking my animals here for years and love the staff, they always go out of their way to my visit the best. Dr. Jan always takes her time and makes sure I understand fully what is going on with my animals. The knowledge of the staff is exceptional everyone has such a great understanding about animals and help you feel at ease. I always recommend this vet clinic to everyone. If your looking for a place that will do whatever you need for your animals and give them the best care possible then this vet clinic is for you.

Horrible

I had an appointment for my cat for a dental procedure and was told two weeks prior that the preliminary blood work would be done the day of the procedure. When I showed up with my cat for the dental procedure, I was told that the blood work has to be done in advance - that they don't do any of it in-house. My cat's mouth was bad and he is in pain, and now he has to wait even longer.

The vet and the staff are disorganized and lack focus. You wait a long time before and after your appointment. The clinic is run-down and numerous ceiling lights aren't working properly. The inside of the clinic looks like it is falling apart. It makes me wonder what other things in back are not in working order.

I love Dr Jan and more importantly my five children (Parrot and Conures) love her and Laura even more. She has taken excellent care of my babies even thru an accident or two and there is no doubt of her expertise as a vet. There is even less doubt as to her compassion and love of all creatures. She teaches me something new each visit about the birds and I will refer her to anyone looking for a thorough, caring, knowledgeable vet. I only wish I could find a human doctor I trust as much for myself. Laura is amazing as well and always is there with information, help and a smile. Five stars plus to Healthy Companions Vet Clinic.

I was extremely satisfied with how smoothly my pet's appointment went and how helpful the vet was. It really went well. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.
