if I could give negative stars I Would! Horrible, Rude,worst vet I have ever had!!! you think that all that time in school "Dr". Marcia would learn how to treat animals as well as people! she is on some sort of power trip, she doesn't listen, she doesn't care she left my animal untreated and then had the nerve to be rude to me, if it wasn't for people like me you wouldn't be getting paid! I will gladly take my business else where and tell everyone I know to go anywhere else! Until you learn how to be compassionate you will continue to lose business!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

Even through this vet is very well located apperantly they don't know how to do there job. They told me my dog didn't have flees and it did. However I didn't find that out until taking it to my mother house now thanks to this vet four dogs are infected and two houses maybe they should go back to vet school or learn how to do there job.

I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I understand they're busy, but I'm getting really tired of them postponing my appointments all the time. Every time I make an appointment, it's usually postponed at least a week. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. They tried to perform services that weren't necessary. I was not happy at all.
