Seven months after Dr. Roberts repaired my dog's CCL, she developed sudden pain and a limp. We took her to our regular vet, who said Dr. Robert's repair had failed and recommended TPLO surgery in lieu of another traditional repair. We took her back to Dr. Roberts, who stated she was fine and that her knees were tight. After a follow up to our regular vet a week later, she again confirmed that her repair had failed badly--showed me the movement in her knee-- and stated that she had torn the meniscus and partially torn her CCL in the opposite leg! Now I feel that we were not truthfully informed of the situation! VERY UNHAPPY!!

They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing
Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.
