This clinic is cheap compared to other practices but you get what you pay for. My cat was spayed and her belly was covered in glue. She was vomiting when she came home and the clinic was NOT available for emergency care after-hours as advertised. I went to another clinic near-by where I was told she also had a heart murmur and was dehydrated. I will never return.

Very pleased with the service provided, all staff members were excellent with my dogs, they were easy to talk to and ask questions. Prices were very reasonable.

I was stunned by how rudely I was treated. When travelling to the north country, my 12 year old springer spaniel was showing signs of severe distress. It was after hours and we were 4 hours from our home veterinarian.

The person I spoke with was rude, abrupt and condescending. After he hung up on me, it reinforced my decision to take my dog to an emergency center in Ottawa where I could at least feel confident that she would be well taken care. I was hesitant to do so because it was a longer drive and I knew my dog's health to be critical. I have never been so appalled by someone purporting to provide veterinary care.

The staff here is friendly and welcoming. My pet and I always are made to feel at home. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available. There is no fear of your pet going hungry or thirsty here because food and water are always made available for them. They have bowls all over the office just in case your pet decides it needs a quick nibble of food or sip of water. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time
