Occasionally hard to reach, but has always been excellent in his diagnosis of any condition my horses or donkey have had, and treated them well. He is great giving shots! They barely realize they had them.
My neighbor’s horse torn it’s eyelid & I saw it a couple days after it happened. Dr Baxter cleaned the injury and surgically reattached the eyelashes. It looked beautiful.
