They made sure every single question I had was answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. I was able to tour the kennel with the kennel manager, ask questions, and see the other animals boarding there before making reservations. My dog was clean and happy when I picked her up. I will use them again, any time I have to board my dog.
