I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. The waiting room furniture was just ok and looked somewhat clean. They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available. She is excellent with Cats. She gives you the facts and lets you make decisions with out any pressure. She saved the life of my cat who had been attacked by an animal and was so weak. Then after months of open wounds she was able to establish alterier method of cure and poof her wounds healed up! We are so very gratefull. It hard to find a vet who cares about cats!

I am extremely dissatisfied with my last two visits I was quoted prices that one I got there the price changed ... I was planning on my dog having a c- section if nessary and was told the things to look for and complications ect as to know when to bring her in my concern was her going into labor with problems on a Saturday or Sunday I was assured they was open on Saturdays as luck would have it my dog did have puppies in the am hours on Saturday I called pet haven repeatedly to get her in they was closed thankfully she delivered but some pups did not survive my husband went in with me showed his care credit ect at the time of making possible csection arrangements now today we called because my dog was possibly having seizures ok no problem be here by 12:20 they quoted price ect I got there the price went from 50 over the phone to over $200 once I was there then they needed my husband to physically be there to use care credit all in all they already had him there in the previous csection concern saw his drivers license ect needless to say our dog did not get treated I will not ever go back they change the price in person raising it after they quote you one you think this is the best vet till you see how they rip you off and lie to you they have wasted my time gas money and I reunterate I will not go back to them love the way they can discourage and disappoint with big smiles

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

Was this veterinarian gentle when caring for your pet?
Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort
Was this provider's office too cold?
Not at all, it was the perfect temperature
Does this provider always put the customer first?
Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
