I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I have complete confidence in their ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pet with any ailment they might have. I adopted a dog from the Cullman shelter. I live in Nashville and needed to have my new dog fully vetted, neutered and boarded until I could get from Nashville to Alabama to pick him up. Worked with them over the phone and they were so thorough and communicated very well. They made sure I understood all charges and told me all of my options. I gave them full authority to do whatever my dog needed and they got my new guy all ready for his new home here. I could not have asked for an easier and better experience. Thank you Northside.

The vet paid close attention to my dog and all of my questions were answered. This was an emergency visit so only the vet was on duty. He is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the relief my dog got after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back.
