My dog Lily suffers with allergies and constantly scratches herself. She also is allergic to her shots. Dr. Craig Morgan and his staff have been wonderful in treating Lily and have been working to keep her itch free and now able to have her shots. They show nothing but love and concern towards Lily and also me, the worried Mommy. They explain everything to the fullest so I understand what Lily is going though and how I can help her stay comfortable. Dr. Morgan has been a Godsend to Lily and me! I highly recommend Lake Forest Animal Clinic

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen

Always. Not only do they send reminder cards, they also send adorable cards during the holidays

Dr. Hodges and all of the staff we have dealt with are awesome! We have a new large breed puppy and they have helped with questions and concerns. Dr. Hodges takes time to spend with you and you don't feel rushed out the door. The staff dotes over our Great Pyranese girl and even offered for us to board her for a day to help socialize her with other dogs. You will often see animals behind the counter because they have a few that "live" with them at the clinic-they are sweet and make you feel more at ease having your pet there! We look forward to our girl growing up in their care.

When I first moved to Daphne, I saw several vets before I found one that was a good fit. I take my pets (a dog and two cats) to Lake Forest because Dr. Morgan and Dr. Hodges are excellent vets, and because they always make me feel welcome. My dog boards with them every time I go out of town, and he always comes back to me happy and healthy. And my cats are extremely skittish when I take them out of the house, but Dr. Morgan is patient with them. I always feel confident that my pets are getting the very best care!

The veterinary care is probably OK as far as I could tell, but I had a very poor experience. Dr. Morgan wants to get very deep in your pocket..

i took my very healthy cat in for an annual check and immunizations. Dr. Morgan recommended a battery of lab tests and dental cleaning. I declined the lab tests telling him I couldn't afford them, but scheduled the dental cleaning for the following Tuesday.

I brought my cat in that Tuesday and signed the usual consent forms. When I returned that afternoon, I was presented a bill for $269, even though I had been quoted $150. They did the lab tests and charged me for them EVEN THOUGH I HAD SPECIFICALLY DECLINED THEM! When I complained about it, Dr. Morgan pointed out that among the consent forms I had signed contained a provision for doing them anyway. He has still not removed the charge.

Total tab for an annual visit for a perfectly healthy cat, with NO TREATMENTS other than dental cleaning: $384! Stay away from this guy!

I left my dog for a 5 day period during the holiday. Every thing seems fine, but when we walked the dog right after got back home, the dog passed stool immediately and he turn around and eat the stool the first time in his life, it happen again about 5 hours later, and he had not pass urine inside for a long time and three hours after we walking him, he pass urine inside the house. From all these thing, I can tell the clinic is not doing their job to take care of my dog. I will never come back to this clinic for boarding even though the stall seems very nice to greet you.
