I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. I couldn't believe how insensitive they were when my pet was sick. My veterinarian didn't even seem to care that I was upset and it just made the experience that much worse. This place is HORRIBLE..... from the doctors to the staff and the management is PATHETIC. Do not bring your animals here.
