They were very caring and gave us all the information they could. My dog was well taken care of and is well on his way to healing. Follow up will be in a few days and I'm sure it will be good news. They all seemed to love animals and know what they were doing - I'm glad I brought my poor sick dog to them.

I do not feel this vet is competent. I would never take my animals to him again. It's all about the money and all the add on charges with them.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. My pet is a service animal and she doesnt go anywhere without me but they refuse to let me be there with her to help her feel more comfortable. I really dont like that aspect of this clinic. We will see how she acts when I pick her up from this appointment. this will make a determination if I return to them or not.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I had a 19 year old Maltese who developed a severe heart murmur. Both Dr. Don S and staff were so compassionate. They called us every couple of days to check on her prior to her death. We wouldn't consider going anywhere else when we obtained a Maltese puppy several months later.
