I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I have lost my faith in their care
My cat went for simple neutering surgery, was left in his original pet carrier for hours. And was returned back to me in a carrier with cat feces and urine.
their fault my pet got worse. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. Complete neglect on the part of the staff.

Ive gone to see Dr Riley for years, 10+ up until I took my dog in for back pain. Unfortuately my dog died, supposedly went into cardiac arrest. Im sure it wasn't intentional however I still miss my dog very much and have not been to return for my other dogs.

Staff is VERY unfriendly, but I always overlooked it because I like Dr Riley so much!

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
It was very hard for me as Thor had been my constant best friend for over 16 years. They helped with somenthing that had to be done so he did not suffer and was not afraid .
