Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They are always available, 24 hours a day to adddress my Pets' health concerns. Their prices are pretty high, but their extraordinary technology and equipment to assist pets is invaluable. One thing I did enjoy was the waiting room chairs and coffee. The exam rooms are clean as well as comfortable and I do not mind waiting in them for the exam to start. As soon as I walk through the door, I am always immediately greeted by the friendly staff who are concerned for the current health of my pets and whether they need immediate assistance... or have a regular appointment. They always out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated... and I know they value my pets as I do, as an important member of my family.
