These people - vets, techs and support help - are all dedicated to helping animals the best they can and don't try to soak a person's wallet doing so. They are extremely competent, explain and discuss everything, present all options for treatment. I feel valid and honored as a long time customer even though with all the animals I've brought through there - both my own and rescues - I am the one who feels honored to be one of their long time customers. They do not offer overnight hospital care and if a patient is critical they arrange transport to an all night facility so the pet has the care it needs. They are awesome, up to date, kind, caring, competent people. You can't go wrong. If a person has a problem with this place I would say the problem lies somewhere other than here. As a result of how good a place this is they are very busy! The phones ring sometimes constantly and I've seen reviews of some people that are put off by this. The people who work the front desk are never idle so give them a break. They work very hard trying to help everyone get what they need. On Yelp I saw someone critical of their use of Science Diet food - it's not Science Diet REGULAR - it's various prescription diet formulas and Science Diet is the only company that makes the various Rx forms of food that pets need sometimes. The vets freely recommend other brands of food, even if there are diet restrictions - as long as diet requirements can be met. They also provide recipes to prepare food at home - which is the best.
