I have been with Dr. Gary almost from the time he began his Veterinary career. I have followed him where ever his practice was. He is a very bright and careing man.
They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The doctor even gave me his cell phone number so I could call him during the weekend if I had any concerns. Their staff is friendly, warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. I will absolutely return and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Wow is all I can say about them. I have seen some vets become callused and unemotional but you will not find that here. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. I could really tell how much they love animals.
