I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know.
