They always make an extra effort to be friendly & courteous. I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands. When I left their office I had a very clear understanding of my pet's condition. I can tell that it is important to them to make sure all of their clients never leave feeling confused. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.
