Did your provider ask enough questions that you felt they took a holistic approach to your appointment?
They did not try to get to know me at all, they barely knew my name.
Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit?
No
Did the environment feel well thought out with a holistic approach in mind?
They gave no attention to making the environment pleasant for the people they care for.

Not satisfied, but not unhappy
Has this veterinarian ever misdiagnosed your pet?
Yes, I have lost my faith in their care
Did the veterinarian allow you to stay with your pet at all times?
No, I was shocked that they wouldn't let me
Did this veterinarian and their staff educate you on what you could do better to help keep your pets healthy and happy?
They gave me some advice but I didn't find it helpful
