My mom found this vet last year when her friend passed away leaving behind 11 cats and 2 dogs, most of whom were elderly and had health issues. Dr. Major made time to see all the animals for a very reasonable charge and was kind and helpful to my mom at that difficult time.

Myself, I am a cat foster with several cats of my own and 2 large dogs. The vet I was previously using is getting older and seemed to be slipping (asked me if I was sure my cat was female) so I tried this vet. I found her to be very helpful and willing to listen to everything I have to say about my animal's condition. Yes they are very busy there and see many people on a daily basis, but they are very reasonably priced and have always treated us with respect and courtesy, even when I send my 20 year old daughter in with a sick animal. This was something we didn't get at the other office we had previously used, that vet had treated her like a dumb kid and me not much better. I am happy we found Arrowview Animal Hospital and I have been recommending them to those who adopt from the rescue I volunteer with.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Case in point. They vacinated my dog which had a allergic reaction. They said to watch her and then I called back with concerns. They said bring her in when I talked about the swelling. The gave her a shot for the allergic reaction and put her under observation with no additional charge. Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern nor is it feasible with hundreds of client a week. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I appreciate the reasonable prices.
