Very good veterinarian....very caring and kind. Prices are more than reasonable. Very happy with everything they have done for all of my animals!!!

this is by far the worst groomers i have ever taken my two 5 year old yorkies. yes they are cheap but no one should sacrifice service to save a couple of bucks. not only are they rude, but these people are horrible at there grooming services. they had my dogs for 8 hours and left my dogs hair uneven and did not do what i asked. other groomers take the time to brush my dogs out but they just thought it be easier to cut it off ... took 5 years to grow my dogs hair and took them one time to ruin it... i did bring my concern to management and they only gave me attitude. didnt even want to go back to get it fixed

I called about a puppy we found that had a broken leg. I was told to have him there by 10:30. my husband got there at 10:15 and still waited 3 1/2 hrs before our puppy was even taken back... when I went to pick him up at 6:00 pm I was told that he was not ready. The attitude there was beyond terrible.

Finally I was able to get him at 9:00 pm. only to realize they put the cast on the WRONG leg!! I have never in all the years I have had pets and taken them to vets over the years seen such a dirty, disorganized, unprofessional vetrenarian service. The receptionist at the front does not seem to know what she is doing, nor show any kind of affinity for animals, or thier owners.

The nurse, was gossipy, rude and unkempt, and showed not one ounce of love or compassion or great liking for animals... she seemed as tho this was just a job that inconvenienced her.

The doctor, was only slightly better, but still, seemed over worked, under funded, and did not seem to mind that the waiting room and the exam room was outdated, and very dirty, not to mention all the medical instruments and paraphenalia that was laying around that looked dirty as well.

To sum it all up, their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. I have since found a wonderful vet, and was further dismayed to find out that the cast they did put on this little baby chiuaua, was not only too big for his body, and too heavy... but it was not even properly put on... Please do not take your animals there if you love them at all... this place should only be used to put down inmates on death row.
