Do not go here! If you leave the waiting room you will be charged an additional hospitalization fee!! You can go stand at the Arco gas station for 2 hours though, and THAT is OK!! If you go home , forget it! I wouldn't recommend this vet service to my worst enemy!! Drive past this place and find a vet that doesn't try to gouge you at an already stressful time. They will try to get your money any way they can. This is one of the most unbelievable ways I have ever heard of, and I've been to many ER Vets in the past!! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. It really makes me wonder just exactly WHAT they do to your pet behind those closed LOCKED doors!

No, it is their way or the highway

Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me

Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

Yes, they went above and beyond

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

For part of the time

Absolutely not. I was shocked and appalled when I paid the bill.

Yes, I think I could have gotten better service elsewhere

No, they didn't tell me anything that I could be doing better
