So great he comes to the house! And so sweet with animals. I have a now elderly cat and he's been able to clean his teach without him being sedated!

Dr. Rodgers has treated my dogs and cats for years. He is super-experienced, gentle, and full of thoughtful advice that you'd never hear from most vets. For example, our 12-year-old dog has Cushing's disease, and the specialist recommended a very expensive and somewhat risky course of drug therapy and regular lab testing. Since that could not cure the condition, we opted to treat our dog with an adrenal supplement Dr. Rodgers suggested. It brought back the fur our dog had lost from his belly, and he is maintaining his health much better than we had dared to hope.
My pets have loved Pete Rodgers. Once, while he was treating one of the dogs I had at the time, the other dog AND the family cat sat right there the whole time politely watching (who knows, maybe even hoping they would get a turn with him).

Dr. Rogers Is one of the most wonderful vets I have ever encounter.
My Dog had Breast Cancer and was terrible afraid of going to the vets office. Dr. Rogers came to my house made friends with my Lizzie Lou, so when the time came and we had to make the decision to end her pain, it was very important to me to not have it happen on a stainless steel table.
Dr. Rogers came to our house in the middle of a snowstorm and helped her on her way. It was a very sad day but knowing I had Dr. Rogers made it a little more bearable.

Dr Rodgers came to my home and made friends with my dog before he examined her, and worked on her teeth and gave her the rabies shot, etc. THANK YOU!

We have used Dr Rodgers for several of our pets over the years. We love him. He comes to your home, so that animals are not traumatized by the drive to an unfamiliar location. He comes in and sits down on the floor for his exam, making sure that the animal is as comfortable with him as possible. You can tell that he genuinly cares. He doesn't suggest any extreme measures that neither you nor your pet would want. He doesn't call to follow up - never said he would - but that is the only complaint that I can dredge up!
