Dr Johnson was my 5 pets doctor over a long period of time. he is a very caring physician who has always shown interest in my concerns and my pets needs. I would recommend this physician to anyone looking for a warm and caring physcian for their pets.

Was surprised to see some negative comments. Dr. Johnson has been my dog's vet for 7 years, and was the vet for my previous dog also. Never have I experienced any negativity either in his staff or in Dr. Johnson. The staff has always been extremely patient and helpful, and Dr. Johnson has been a great vet for my dog. He also offers a senior citizen discount for us seniors (not too many do that). I would not hesitate to recommend his practice to anyone seeking an experienced vet they can trust.

If you are not on any time schedule, are ok with lousy customer service with an attitude from Dr. Johnson's staff, or are ok with appointments being cancelled with no notification or attempt to reschedule them, are ok with them being late to open the office (by 20 minutes) for a scheduled appointment - this is your vet to go to!

I made an appointment two weeks out for x-rays that my k9 chiropractor had ordered for my dog who had been hit by a car. When I showed up at 8 am for the drop off of my dog, there was no one there. I called and left a message asking for a call when they get there as I needed to drop off my dog and get to the office - which was what they had asked me to do. I got a call back at 8:20 and when I went in, there was no appointment due to an error from Dr. Johnson's staff that was recorded in my dogs file. I said no problem, let's just get the xrays done as his next chiropractor appointment was in two days and I needed them.

Dr. Johnson's assistant gave me a complete run around, said he was booked and couldn't fit me in. They she called back and said he had agreed to see my dog and evaluate him to see if he needed an xray. I explained (for the fourth time) that my chiropractor had already evaluated my dog and needed the xrays and would he be able to do them. I again got a complete run around and finally left in disgust.

It turns out that this is the second time some version of this pitiful level of customer service I've experienced with Dr. Johnson and/or his staff. It will be the last for sure.

It was some of the best pricing I have seen

Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.

Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.
