Thanks to their exceptional level of care that they always offer here my pets have enjoyed healthy and long lives. My pets have never been misdiagnosed and I strongly recommend them to anyone who loves their pets. They have the greatest designated area for pets to go to the bathroom here, which is extremely convenient. I never have to worry about scouting out a place for my dog to go pee and It is so well kept too. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

I have been a long term client of Rocky Mountain Small Animal Hospital and appreciate all they have done for myself and my pets. They do have handicapped parking and a wheelchair ramp and automatic door for special needs people. I have always appreciated that they are still concerned about my pets health even after I have left the office. They follow up with me after my pets appointment to make sure everything is going well with the treatments. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I thought their pricing was very fair. I have been to other places that charge an arm and a leg and I was happy to see that they weren't one of them. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and my pet and they give plenty of options for the care of my pet. Thank you Very Satisfied

I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. When I first opened the door to their office, I noticed a faint but distinctly foul odor. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable.
