Have been going to Dr. Ann for many years with different pets. She is wonderful and so is all of her staff that have also been with her since she opened.

Wonderful experience! Dr. Ann and her staff are dedicated to the health and well-being of the animals entrusted to their care. When we enter the office we are greeted and our pets are recognized and addressed by their names. We are very pleased with the care our dogs receive at Sassafras Veterinary Hospital and would not consider going elsewhere. A great big thank you to Dr. Ann and her staff for all they do to keep our beloved four legged family members healthy and well!

Great. Pleasant welcome at the desk. Dr. Jackson is thorough, and I like her personally. They seem to truly love animals. Their prices are reasonable. I am very favorably impressed with Sassafras.

I have been using Dr. Jackson for over 12 years and I feel very confident in her veterinary abilities. She has never pressured me to perform unnecessary services or sell me items I do not need. She is a good solid Vet, I would recommend her to anyone.

One thing I did enjoy was the waiting room chairs. They were comfortable and I didn't mind waiting in them for the appointment. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.
