Having gone to All Creatures for years with many pets, I was very disappointed to find out they had closed, with no early warning mail-out to all the loyal customers, I know I speak for many pet owners, this could have been handled better with, early warning mail-outs, or e-mails, on who in the area they would recommend for vet care, or where to get medical records, without having to drive to location to read the sign posted. Just from one person, not very professional, and not much consideration to owners, or pets. Very poorly done !!!!!

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

No, my pet seems to love it here and is never anxious to leave

Dr O rocks! I had been by the practice before she took over and left without being seen as the staff was awful. I heard that the practice was under new management and took a chance and could not be happier. Dr O and her team are the best and we now go to her exclusively, thx Dr O!!!
