I can't complain about the staff that I met, but I WILL complain about everything else. I was initially happy that a walk-in facility had such a short wait: I now realize they have just lost all of their client base due to the absurd prices they charge!! You don't get to chose a doctor, and the one my poor dog ended up with was rude and seemed to be selling me things like you would expect a used car salesman to do. I'm not a vet, but I'm not a mechanic either and sometimes you just KNOW when your being scammed. The facade of a caring animal hospital is a shame; they are out for money and if you call ANY nearby clinic you will realize their prices are absurd. Don't make the same mistake I did: shop around!
