All pharmacies are much the same. So, cordiality, personal, home-town SERVICE is what makes the difference. These qualities are often lacking or non-existent in corporate pharmacies.

I enjoy the Walden Drug style of personal, know-you-by-name service.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Never! They are always careful to give me the correct amount!
Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

Not at all! They are always thorough, but respectful and professional!
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Was this provider late to your appointments?
Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

There is no comparison!

Not at all! I'm always able to get my question answered quickly!

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. WALDEN DRUG INC has never shipped my medication to the wrong address. I never have to wonder if it will show up. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment.
