Great Pharmacy!!! I have been using this pharmacy for years. Always courteous, helpful, and they get your prescriptions completed fast...........Even if you walk in with a new prescription and wait for it to be processed.
I have never had a problem with them, **They Are The Best Pharmacy In Town**!!

I've told many folks about the fantastic experience of dealing with Cobblestone Pharmacy! The office is easy enough to find (and they offer drive-thru!) Their staff is some of the most friendly, welcoming folks I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. 

Don't forget that like us they are human & as such an occasional mistake or "bad day" by a staff member is to be expected, but they are few & far between! In my experience, (and informal polling of other fellow customers) when in comparison to CVS, Riteaid, Walgreens, Walmart & Costco (Paradise & Chico) they seem like Saints!

I was raised in Paradise, CA & moved away after high school, returning in 2001 so our two youngest could enjoy the supported & love of our large immediate family through their high school years.

Because our family suffers from many health related issues that require more than the average number of prescription medications I was thrilled to discover Dana was still the owner & pharmasist of an independent local pharmacy! I had such fond childhood memories of the personal service he gave my Grandmother (back in the mid-70's to mid-80's when it was "The Medicine Shoppe") & was honored to spend our money with his family's business.

As our family became regular customers not long after returning to Paradise, I personally helped (at least) 8 friends & family members transfer their prescription accounts to Cobblestone.

However, we had taken their amazing services for granted; two of my most favorite... compounded bio-identical hormones for menopausal women and HOME DELIVERY! Sadly, because of a change in insurance we have not been current customers since mid-2009 (***see below). 
Even still, I never miss an opportunity to try to guide new customers to Cobblestone Pharmacy; giving a glowing review of their many fantastic services, and awesome staff to fellow (miserable) customers of CVS pharmacy in Paradise, CA.

Over the past 2 years I have personally encouraged more than 30 strangers, their families & friends, to make the switch! 

***We are very fortunate to have good insurance coverage at an extremely reasonable cost through my husband's employer. Unfortunately for us, our provider changed in mid-2009 & Cobblestone currently does not accept Aetna. (The current reimbursement amount is not enough, in some cases even less than cost, to make it an option for small pharmacies like Cobblestone to contract with Aetna.)

We have tried every pharmacy in the Paradise & Chico, CA area that is contracted with Aetna. Because most of my prescription dosages require constant adjustment and/or require a triplicate prescription form even mail-order is not a viable option for us. 

Even considering multiple(!) life threatening mistakes made in filling our prescriptions, CVS (Paradise, CA) has been "the lesser of the evils" & I actually dread having to do business there each month! I'm not alone in my tribulations which is why I encourage anybody that does have a choice to use Cobblestone as I anxiously await the day that they are finally able to contract with Aetna and/or our health insurance changes again!
